Sivakumar started his career in 2005 having just completed, his B.Tech in Information Technology from the prestigious Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology. He managed the development team in various companies, and coordinated with the international offshore development team as a SPOC for all software development activities and for various projects including Business Intelligence solutions to one of the fortune 500 clients. He Architected, designed, estimated, developed, tested and deployed Web applications with latest technologies for distribution sector clients. His excellence in the engineering team's release planning cycle, scrum master, setting individual and team priorities for every release on the features and such diverse experience in various product based technology solutions paved the way for this limitless journey.

He founded our company VS Online Services Private Limited in 2014 to launch the first hyperlocal marketplace in India, VBUY.IN as our product. VBUY.IN was the first enterprise level API based application with Angular JS, ASP.NET Web API. VBUY.IN is the first map based product search and pricing comparison engine. Product development including Web & Android application, acquiring 300+ retailers, 125+ Categories, adding 5000+ products with proper category and parameters for each category, Product delivery, PR, Marketing, support was achieved within a short period of 1.5 year.

As the founder and leader of VS Online Services Pvt Ltd, Sivakumar’s entrepreneurial work includes building India’s first map-based hyperlocal marketplace and leading product development across AI, real estate, retail, hospitality and trading. Several client ventures have since raised capital or been acquired.

Through VS Online Services Pvt Ltd’s specialized advisory arm, The Execution Advisory, Sivakumar now advises high-growth product and service companies with the potential to scale towards $12 million to $120 million in revenue. He guides leaders through SivaStyle™, his signature approach to scaling with Strategy, Structure, and Systems.
